Compensation: $17.50-$19.00 per hour + Commission and Bonus Opportunities

You will be responsible for maximizing studio and group fitness usage, ensuring exceptional member experiences, and driving performance excellence through recruiting, staffing, and achieving financial targets. Responsibilities
- Recruit and staff top talent to drive class participation and club traffic.
- Analyze and optimize studio and group fitness performance to achieve and exceed KPIs.
- Ensure equipment and facilities are clean, safe, and operational at all times.
- Train, coach, and support ongoing instructor development to deliver high-energy classes.
- Provide exceptional customer service and care to create a connected fitness community.
Qualifications
- Prior experience in fitness studio management or group fitness leadership.
- Demonstrated ability to drive performance and exceed targets.
- Strong communication, leadership, and customer service skills.
- Certifications in fitness training and CPR preferred.
