Responsibilities
- Recruit and manage a team of talented Group Fitness Instructors & Studio Coaches
- Create and maintain competitive, on-trend class schedules to maximize STUDIO and Group Fitness usage
- Drive performance to achieve financial targets and KPIs
- Deliver a world-class member experience by ensuring clean, safe, and engaging fitness spaces
- Train, coach, and support ongoing instructor development to maintain high-quality programming
- Create a welcoming and supportive environment to UPLIFT and motivate members
Requirements
- Prior experience in fitness management or related field
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Passion for fitness and creating a positive impact on others
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
