As the Group Fitness & Studio Team Lead, you will play a crucial role in creating an uplifting fitness experience that maximizes studio and group fitness usage. Your responsibilities will include recruiting top talent, achieving financial targets, delivering a world-class member experience, and supporting ongoing instructor development. Key Responsibilities
- Recruit and staff talented instructors and coaches to drive club traffic and member engagement.
- Achieve financial targets by maximizing studio and group fitness usage.
- Deliver exceptional member experiences through clean, safe, and engaging fitness classes.
- Provide ongoing training, coaching, and support for instructor development.
