Responsibilities
- Recruit and staff talented instructors and coaches to ensure exceptional class schedules.
- Maximize STUDIO and Group Fitness usage by driving performance and achieving financial targets.
- Deliver a world-class member experience through flawless execution of marketing events and programming.
- Train, coach, and support ongoing instructor development to deliver safe and effective classes.
- Ensure members and guests receive exceptional service that motivates, uplifts, and creates a community.
