Salary: $17.50-$19.00 per hour + Commission and Bonus

Responsibilities
- Recruit and manage Group Fitness Instructors & Studio Coaches
- Maximize Studio and Group Fitness usage and memberships
- Build and maintain competitive and convenient class schedules
- Drive performance to achieve financial targets and KPIs
- Provide world-class member experience in clean, safe, and engaging fitness spaces
- Support ongoing instructor development through training and coaching
Requirements
- Prior experience in fitness management or related field
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Passion for fitness and creating a supportive community
- Ability to drive results and exceed expectations
