Salary: $17.50 - $19.00 per hour + Commission and Bonus

Responsibilities
- Recruit and manage Group Fitness Instructors & Studio Coaches
- Maximize Studio and Group Fitness usage through class scheduling and performance analysis
- Ensure exceptional member experience through high-energy classes
- Implement training and development programs for instructors and coaches
- Address member concerns and create a community-focused environment
Qualifications
- Prior experience in fitness studio management or related field
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Knowledge of fitness industry trends and best practices
- Certifications in group fitness instruction or personal training preferred
