We are looking for a passionate Group Fitness & Studio Team Lead (GFSTL) to join our team. As the GFSTL, you will play a vital role in creating an uplifting and inclusive fitness experience for our members, maximizing Studio and Group Fitness participation. Your responsibilities will include recruiting and staffing, achieving results through maximizing Studio/Group Fitness usage, delivering a world-class member experience, training, coaching, and supporting ongoing instructor development, and ensuring exceptional care and connection with our members and guests.
