As the Group Fitness & Studio Team Lead (GFSTL), you will play a crucial role in creating an exceptional fitness experience for our members. In this position, you will be responsible for maximizing STUDIO and Group Fitness usage, ensuring members receive high-energy classes that motivate, uplift, and build community.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, train, and mentor top talent for STUDIO and Group Fitness.
• Manage class schedules to drive club traffic and achieve financial targets.
• Ensure equipment and facilities are well-maintained and safe for members.
• Deliver outstanding customer service and address member concerns promptly.

Requirements

• Prior experience in fitness instruction or management.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Passion for fitness and creating a positive member experience.
• Ability to analyze performance data and make strategic decisions.
