Job Description
We are looking for a passionate and energetic individual to join our team at VASA Fitness as the Group Fitness & Studio Team Lead (GFSTL). In this role, you will be responsible for creating an uplifting fitness experience by maximizing Studio and Group Fitness usage, ensuring exceptional classes, and fostering a sense of community.
Responsibilities
- Recruit and staff talented instructors and coaches to drive club traffic and member engagement.
- Maximize Studio and Group Fitness usage to achieve financial targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Deliver a world-class member experience by maintaining clean, safe, and well-equipped spaces.
- Train, coach, and support ongoing instructor development to ensure high-quality classes.
- Provide exceptional customer service to members and guests, addressing concerns promptly and effectively.
Requirements
- Passion for fitness and creating a positive environment.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to analyze business performance and drive results.
- Experience in recruiting and talent acquisition.
- Certifications in fitness instruction and CPR/AED preferred.
