Principal Accountabilities
As an FSQR Technician, you will be responsible for monitoring production processes to ensure compliance with quality and safety standards. You will also conduct root cause analysis for deviations, write corrective action reports, and work collaboratively with production teams.
Requirements
- Eligibility to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship
- High school diploma or GED
- Ability to work with hand tools and lift 20 lbs
- Experience in manufacturing or high-paced environments
- Strong communication skills and proficiency in English
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior food safety or manufacturing experience
