Job Description

We are looking for a motivated Full-Time Assistant Store Manager to join our team at Aldi. As an Assistant Store Manager, you will play a vital role in managing day-to-day store activities, supervising teams, and ensuring overall store performance. You will be responsible for developing and implementing action plans, identifying training opportunities, maintaining inventory control, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of progressive experience in a retail environment.
• Prior management experience is a plus.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to operate equipment like cash register, floor scrubber, etc.
