Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Assistant Store Manager to join the Aldi team. In this role, you will assist with managing day-to-day store operations, developing action plans for improved performance, supervising the team, and fostering a customer-centric environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and implementing action plans to enhance store operations.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Prior retail experience, ideally in a management role.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
