Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Assistant Store Manager to join our team at Aldi. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting with the day-to-day store activities, managing schedules, developing operational plans, and fostering a positive work environment.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in developing and implementing action plans to enhance store performance.
  • Communicate job responsibilities and performance expectations to team members.
  • Identify training opportunities to improve team performance.
  • Ensure adherence to company strategies and values to promote teamwork.
  • Monitor the competitive environment and provide feedback for continuous improvement.
  • Participate in the hiring process and provide ongoing feedback to team members.
  • Maintain inventory procedures, product quality, and store cleanliness standards.
  • Supervise daily operations, ensure customer satisfaction, and resolve operational issues.

Qualifications

  • Minimum age of 18 years.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Strong leadership and organizational abilities.
  • Knowledge of budgeting, procedures, and management principles.
  • Experience in retail and previous management roles preferred.
