Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Assistant Store Manager to join the Aldi team. As an Assistant Store Manager, you will play a crucial role in managing day-to-day store activities, ensuring overall store performance, developing operational action plans, and fostering the growth of the team.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement action plans to enhance store operations.
• Communicate job responsibilities and performance expectations to the team.
• Identify training opportunities to improve team performance.
• Maintain store cleanliness and proper stock levels.
• Supervise day-to-day operations and escalate issues as needed.

Requirements

• 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Experience in retail and prior management preferred.
