We are hiring a Full-Time Assistant Store Manager to join our team at Aldi. As an Assistant Store Manager, you will play a pivotal role in managing store operations, supervising team members, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Your responsibilities will include developing action plans, training and developing staff, maintaining store standards, and driving operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in developing and implementing action plans to improve store performance.
  • Supervise and train team members to ensure high-quality customer service.
  • Maintain store cleanliness and merchandising standards.
  • Monitor inventory and ensure stock levels are adequate.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of retail experience.
  • Prior management experience preferred.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills.
