We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Assistant Store Manager to join our team at Aldi. In this role, you will assist with managing daily store operations, supervising the team, and ensuring overall store performance. Your responsibilities will include developing action plans, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in developing action plans to enhance store performance.
  • Communicate job responsibilities and performance expectations to the team.
  • Identify training opportunities for team development.
  • Maintain store cleanliness and merchandise products effectively.
  • Supervise day-to-day operations and escalate issues when needed.

Requirements

  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • Prior retail experience preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to provide exceptional customer service.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Experience in managing budgets and expenses.
