Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Assistant Store Manager to join ALDI's team. In this role, you will assist in supervising day-to-day store operations, ensuring team performance, managing schedules, and fostering a positive work environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement action plans to improve store operations.
• Communicate job responsibilities and performance expectations to team members.
• Identify training opportunities to enhance team performance.
• Maintain store cleanliness and proper signage.
• Ensure high levels of customer service and satisfaction.
• Operate cash register and equipment efficiently.

Requirements

• 18 years of age or older.
• Experience in retail with a minimum of 3 years.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to interpret company policies and drive team performance.
