Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join the Aldi team. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the store's appearance, assisting customers, and ensuring a pleasant shopping experience.

Responsibilities

• Execute daily tasks such as cashiering, stocking shelves, and cleaning.
• Provide exceptional customer service by assisting shoppers and maintaining a neat shopping environment.
• Collaborate effectively with team members and communicate any feedback to management.
• Follow company policies and procedures to uphold security and confidentiality standards.
• Participate in inventory management activities to ensure accurate stock levels.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register and other store equipment efficiently.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work both independently and in a team setting.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
