Join our team at ALDI as a Full Time Store Associate. In this role, you will be responsible for enhancing the customer shopping experience by providing exceptional service, maintaining a clean store environment, and collaborating with the ALDI team.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $16.50 per hour

Duties and Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers
• Stock shelves and maintain merchandise displays
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively
• Follow company policies and procedures to ensure store integrity
• Handle cash transactions efficiently and accurately
• Participate in inventory counts and monitoring for accuracy

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Ability to operate equipment and handle merchandise
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Prior retail experience preferred
