Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, your main responsibilities will include merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness to ensure a pleasant shopping experience for our customers. You will collaborate with the Aldi team to deliver exceptional customer service and contribute to the overall success of the store.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $16.50 per hour

Responsibilities

• Perform store duties according to company standards.
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers.

• Maintain inventory accuracy and participate in store counts.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older
• Prior retail experience preferred
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team setting
• Meet state requirements for alcohol sales
