Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the store is well-merchandised, stocked, and maintained to provide customers with an exceptional shopping experience. You will collaborate with the ALDI team to deliver top-notch customer service and contribute to the overall success of the store.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.) in the role.
• Process customer purchases, perform general cleaning duties, and maintain well-organized displays.
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers during their visit.
• Communicate effectively with team members and store management.
• Contribute feedback on products, inventory, and operational issues.
• Participate in inventory counts and ensure accuracy.
• Follow cash handling policies to minimize losses.
• Adhere to company policies and uphold document security and confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service.
• Efficient cash register operation and equipment handling skills.
• Knowledge of general cleaning standards and following company procedures.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently or in a team.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of multitasking efficiently.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
• Combination of education and experience is acceptable.
