Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the customer shopping experience by providing exceptional service, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean store environment.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 per week
• Starting Wage: $16.00 per hour

Duties and Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the ALDI Acts Competencies and Professional Skills
• Assist customers with purchases and provide exceptional service
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively
• Stock shelves, maintain displays, and assist in inventory management
• Follow company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years old or older
• Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service
• Experience in retail environment preferred
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
