Full-Time Store Associate

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will be responsible for various tasks including merchandising, cashiering, and maintaining a clean store environment to ensure an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's customer service standards and professional skills.
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Provide feedback on products, inventory, and customer issues.
• Participate in inventory counts and adhere to cash management policies.
• Comply with company policies while ensuring document and data security.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Efficiently operate a cash register and store equipment.
• Ability to provide excellent customer service and follow company procedures.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
• High school diploma preferred.
• Prior retail work experience is a plus.
