We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the store is well-organized, stocked, and providing exceptional customer service. Your responsibilities will include cashiering, merchandising, and maintaining cleanliness within the store.

Position Details

• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $19.00 per hour

Key Responsibilities

• Execute daily operational tasks efficiently, including cashiering and stocking shelves.
• Deliver outstanding customer service by assisting shoppers and maintaining a neat shopping environment.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register with accuracy.
• Good communication skills and a customer-oriented approach.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
