Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join the ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the store is well-organized, stocked, and providing exceptional customer service. This position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic retail environment and be part of a collaborative team.

Responsibilities

• Perform cashiering duties and process customer purchases efficiently.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store by stocking shelves and merchandise displays.
• Deliver exceptional customer service, assisting shoppers during their store visit.
• Communicate effectively with team members and provide feedback to store management.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures to uphold a secure and customer-friendly shopping environment.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older to be employed at ALDI.
• Ability to operate a cash register and other store equipment.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
