Job Description

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Competencies, and Professional Skills.
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Deliver outstanding customer service and communicate effectively with the team.
• Provide feedback on products and inventory, maintain store cleanliness, and follow cash-handling procedures.
• Participate in inventory counts and adhere to company policies.

Qualifications

• Minimum age requirement: 18 years.
• Proficient in customer service, cash register operation, and equipment handling.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently or in a team.
• High School Diploma preferred, with retail experience as a plus.
