Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in ensuring the store is well-merchandised, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining a clean and organized environment.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $18.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management
• Monitor inventory accuracy and follow cash policies

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Ability to operate cash registers and equipment efficiently
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
• Prior retail experience preferred
