Full-Time Store Associate

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full Time Store Associate to join the ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in maintaining store appearance, assisting customers, and supporting the operational needs of the store.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service, including cashiering and assisting customers with their shopping experience.
• Stock shelves, merchandise displays, and maintain a clean store environment.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures, including cash handling and inventory management.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to operate a cash register and other store equipment.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
