Full-Time Store Associate

Job Description

As a Full-Time Store Associate at Aldi, you will play a key role in merchandising, stocking, cashiering, and maintaining a clean store environment. Working collaboratively with the ALDI team, you will provide exceptional customer service, enhance the shopping experience, and contribute to the store's overall success.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
• Assist customers, communicate effectively with team members and store management.
• Provide feedback on products, inventory, and contribute to inventory management.
• Adhere to cash handling policies, company procedures, and maintain confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service.
• Proficient in operating a cash register and store equipment.
• Capable of general cleaning tasks and following company policies.
• Strong communication skills, organizational abilities, and attention to detail.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
• Combination of education and experience.
