We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in maintaining our store's appearance, providing exceptional customer service, and working collaboratively with the ALDI team.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Handle customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise
• Deliver outstanding customer service and assist shoppers
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management
• Assist in inventory management and follow cash procedures

Requirements

• Minimum age requirement: 18 years
• Proficient in cash register operation and equipment handling
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently or in a team
• High school diploma preferred with retail experience
