Full-Time Store Associate (32-40 hours per week)

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in providing exceptional customer service, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's appearance. Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the ALDI Acts Competencies and provide exceptional customer service.
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Participate in inventory counts and ensure accuracy.
• Adhere to cash handling policies and minimize losses.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register and other equipment efficiently.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Prior work experience in a retail environment is preferred.
