Job Description

We are seeking a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in ensuring our store operates efficiently and delivers exceptional customer service. Your responsibilities will include merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining cleanliness throughout the store.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate exceptional customer service by assisting shoppers and maintaining a clean store environment.
• Collaborate with team members to uphold store standards and communicate effectively with management.
• Operate a cash register accurately, process customer purchases, and stock merchandise displays.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures, including inventory management and cash handling.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to provide courteous customer service and operate required equipment.
• Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to work both independently and in a team setting.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
