Full-Time Store Associate (32-40 hours per week)

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the store is well-organized, stocked, and maintained to provide an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Merchandise and stock products on shelves and displays.
• Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers with their needs.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Follow company policies and procedures for cash handling, inventory, and cleanliness.
• Participate in inventory counts and maintain accurate stock levels.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register efficiently and handle customer transactions.
• Capable of lifting up to 45 pounds and performing physical tasks around the store.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
• Prior retail experience and high school diploma preferred.
