Job Description

Join our team as a Full-Time Store Associate at ALDI! As a Store Associate, you'll play a key role in merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's appearance. Working collaboratively with the ALDI team, you'll ensure exceptional customer service and a seamless shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the ALDI Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.) consistently.
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers throughout their shopping journey.
• Communicate effectively with team members and store management.
• Participate in inventory counts and monitor inventory levels.
• Adhere to cash policies and procedures to ensure minimal losses.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to operate a cash register and store equipment.
• Prior retail experience is preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
