Full-Time Store Associate (32-40 hours per week)

Job Description

Join ALDI as a Full-Time Store Associate working 32-40 hours per week. As a Store Associate, you will be responsible for merchandise stocking, cashiering, and maintaining cleanliness in-store to provide exceptional customer service. Collaborate with the ALDI team, ensuring a seamless shopping experience for customers.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves neatly, and provide exceptional customer service
• Collaborate with team members, communicate effectively with store management, and provide feedback on products and inventory
• Participate in inventory counts, adhere to cash policies, and comply with company procedures

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years old or older
• Ability to deliver prompt, courteous customer service and operate a cash register efficiently
• Operate equipment, perform general cleaning duties, and follow company policies
• Excellent communication and organizational skills, ability to work independently and in a team

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• Previous retail experience is a plus
