Full-Time Store Associate (32-40 hours per week)

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's overall appearance. Your exceptional customer service skills and teamwork will contribute to a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the ALDI Acts Competencies and provide exceptional customer service.
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Monitor inventory accuracy and adhere to cash policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register and other store equipment efficiently.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Prior retail experience is preferred.
