Full-Time Store Associate (32-40 hours per week)

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, your responsibilities will include merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment. By providing exceptional customer service and collaborating with our team, you will enhance the overall shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
• Assist customers with their shopping experience and communicate effectively with the team and management.
• Provide feedback on product quality, inventory management, and operational issues.
• Participate in inventory counts and adhere to cash handling procedures.
• Comply with company policies and ensure the security of company assets.
• Perform other assigned duties as needed.

Physical Demands

• Stock merchandise and handle products weighing up to 45 pounds.
• Engage in various physical activities such as bending, lifting, and walking.
• Ability to work with or without reasonable accommodation.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older to work at ALDI.
• Proficient in delivering prompt and courteous customer service.
• Skilled in operating a cash register and store equipment.
• Capable of following company policies and procedures.
• Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking abilities.
• High school diploma preferred with prior retail experience.
