Job Description
We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join Aldi's team. In this role, you will be responsible for various in-store activities including merchandising, cashiering, and maintaining store cleanliness to provide an exceptional shopping experience for customers. As a Store Associate, you will collaborate with team members, communicate effectively with management, and uphold company standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Demonstrate the Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills required for the role.
- Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
- Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers during their visit.
- Participate in inventory counts, adhere to cash policies, and follow company procedures.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Proficient in operating a cash register and store equipment.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
- High school diploma preferred with retail experience being an advantage.
