Job Description

Join our team at Aldi as a Full-Time Store Associate working 32-40 hours per week. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our store operates smoothly and provides an exceptional customer shopping experience. From merchandising and stocking products to cashiering and maintaining cleanliness, you will collaborate with the ALDI team to uphold our high standards.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves neatly, and assist customers
• Communicate effectively with team members and management
• Provide feedback on products, inventory, and suggest improvements
• Participate in inventory counts and ensure accuracy
• Adhere to cash handling policies and company procedures

Qualifications

• Minimum age requirement: 18
• Efficient cash register operation and customer service skills
• Ability to operate equipment and perform cleaning duties
• Excellent communication, organization, and multitasking abilities
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• Retail experience is a plus
