Full-Time Store Associate (32-40 hours per week)

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in maintaining a well-stocked and clean store environment while providing exceptional customer service. The position requires working collaboratively with team members and store management to ensure a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases and maintain a clean shopping environment.
• Stock shelves and merchandise displays neatly and efficiently.
• Provide outstanding customer service to enhance the shopping experience.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Monitor inventory and assist in store inventory counts.
• Follow cash policies and procedures to minimize losses.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to operate a cash register and store equipment effectively.
• Detail-oriented and able to follow company policies and procedures.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
