Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in creating an exceptional shopping experience for our customers. Your responsibilities will include merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness to ensure a welcoming environment.

Position Details

• Job Type: Full-Time (32-40 hours per week)
• Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour

Duties and Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills as outlined for the role.
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
• Provide excellent customer service and collaborate with team members.
• Offer feedback to management, assist in inventory counts, and adhere to company policies.
• Perform physical tasks such as stocking shelves and operating equipment.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Prior retail work experience is preferred.
• Ability to operate a cash register, handle equipment, and follow company policies.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
