Full-Time Store Associate (32-40 hours per week)

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service, merchandising, cashiering, and maintaining the store's appearance.

Responsibilities

• Operate cash registers and provide efficient and accurate customer checkout.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the store by stocking shelves and merchandise displays.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Assist customers with their shopping experience and provide outstanding service.
• Follow company policies and procedures to ensure the security and confidentiality of data.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register and other store equipment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
