Full-Time Store Associate (32-40 hours per week)

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our Aldi team. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in creating an exceptional shopping experience for our customers by performing various tasks such as merchandising, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and provide outstanding customer service.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures while maintaining store security.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to provide excellent customer service and operate a cash register.
• Experience in a retail environment is preferred.
• Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
