Full-Time Store Associate (32-40 hours per week)

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in ensuring the store is well-organized, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining a clean shopping environment.

Responsibilities

• Merchandise and stock products on shelves.
• Operate cash register efficiently and accurately.
• Assist customers with their shopping needs and provide exceptional service.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of the store.
• Follow company policies and procedures to uphold security and confidentiality standards.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service.
• Experience in a retail environment is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
