Full-Time Store Associate (32-40 hours per week)

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in ensuring the store is well-organized, stocked, and provides exceptional customer service. Your responsibilities will include cashiering, merchandising, and maintaining a clean store environment to deliver an outstanding shopping experience.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays
• Provide excellent customer service and assist shoppers during their visit
• Collaborate effectively with team members and communicate with store management
• Offer feedback on products, inventory, and operational issues
• Participate in store inventory counts and ensure inventory accuracy
• Adhere to cash handling policies to minimize errors
• Comply with company policies and procedures to maintain security and confidentiality
• Perform general cleaning duties according to company standards

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Ability to provide courteous customer service
• Proficiency in operating a cash register accurately
• Capable of operating store equipment safely and efficiently
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior retail experience is a plus
