Full-Time Store Associate (32-40 hours per week)

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in maintaining the store's appearance, assisting customers, and working collaboratively with the ALDI team to provide exceptional service.

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases and maintain a clean store environment.
• Stock shelves and displays neatly.
• Provide excellent customer service to enhance the shopping experience.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Participate in inventory counts and adhere to cash policies.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register and handling customer transactions.
• Capable of safely operating store equipment and performing general cleaning duties.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work in a team environment.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
