Full-Time Store Associate (32-40 hours per week)

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. In this role, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the cleanliness of the store to provide an outstanding shopping experience for our customers. You will collaborate with the Aldi team to deliver exceptional customer service and ensure that the store operates smoothly.

Job Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $18.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate M.A.P. consistently
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management
• Participate in inventory management and adhere to cash policies
• Follow company policies and procedures for security and confidentiality
• Perform general cleaning duties as needed

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service
• Operate a cash register efficiently and accurately
• Safely operate equipment and perform general cleaning tasks
• Excellent communication skills
• Work independently and in a team environment
• Stay organized, detail-oriented, and follow instructions
• Meet requirements for handling and selling alcoholic beverages
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior work experience in retail preferred
