Full-Time Store Associate (32-40 hours per week)

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in maintaining a well-stocked and clean store environment, providing exceptional customer service, and collaborating with team members to ensure a seamless shopping experience. This position offers 32-40 hours per week with a starting wage of $18.50 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Provide exceptional customer service by assisting shoppers and addressing inquiries.
• Communicate effectively with team members and store management.
• Participate in inventory management and store maintenance activities.
• Adhere to company policies, procedures, and cash handling guidelines.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Proficient in customer service and cash register operation.
• Ability to operate equipment and perform general cleaning tasks.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
