Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness. By collaborating with the ALDI team, you will elevate the customer shopping experience through exceptional service.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $18.50 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P).
• Process customer purchases, maintain store cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
• Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers.
• Communicate effectively with team members and store management.
• Offer feedback on products and assist in inventory management.

Requirements

• 18 years of age or older.
• Proficiency in operating a cash register and store equipment.
• Ability to follow company policies, provide excellent customer service, and work both independently and collaboratively.
• Prior retail experience is preferred.
