Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join the ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the store's appearance, providing exceptional customer service, and collaborating with team members to ensure a positive shopping experience for our customers.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate ALDI's core competencies in your daily tasks.
- Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain store cleanliness.
- Assist customers with their shopping needs and communicate effectively with the management team.
- Monitor inventory levels and participate in store inventory counts.
- Adhere to cash handling policies and company procedures.
- Perform other assigned duties as needed.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Ability to provide excellent customer service and operate a cash register accurately.
- Capable of safely using equipment like hand jacks and floor scrubbers.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- High school diploma preferred, with retail experience as a bonus.
